Are you an optimist or pessimist?
Between the optimist and the pessimist, the difference is droll. The optimist sees the doughnut; the pessimist the hole!

I am going to quote something really meaningful from today's chinese newspaper, the billingual section!
I love that quote, totally expressed what I have always believed in!
" To be truly stylish is to smash all notion of taboo. Embrace whatever you fancy, eat whatever you want, love whatever you love. Style should come from the heart. We live with too many rules. What is beautiful, what is fat, and what stinks are just decided by people -- unnecessary rules that limit the world and stifle the hearts. Unfortunately, people like you and I, sometime just follow blindly without giving it much a thought.
True style kowns no taboo. Be yourself. Love yourself. And stay true to yourself."
- Singer Sammi Cheng on style.
Lovely, isn't is? :D
Procrastination is not going to bring me anywhere.
Hopefully, I am able to stay motivated always, or at least till after O's.
Studies and SYF.
My English, Physics and Combined Humanities are going nowhere.
Help!

I Swear I'm Going to Miss Singing after Graduating!
I think choir was very awesome today!
I really sang my heart out without feeling lethargic like how I always do(due to deprivation of sleep, homework, stress, etc.)!
Despite feeling a little phlegmy today, my body was functioning well surprisingly.
My diaphragm cooperated with me well and my support was considered better than some previous practices.
I had told myself previously a few months ago to really enjoy and appreciate the choir practices I have now because most probably after graduation, I won't have the chance to sing anymore unless I join choir again in Polytechnics or Junior Colleges.
From what I thought and deduce, choirs in these higher-level schools are difficult to get in.
Thus, I should really appreciate the practices I am and will be having now to avoid any regrets.
Maybe if that incident did not happen, I may already have attain a Grade 4 in singing.
It has been like almost a year since then and even for my case(I sing even more horribly last time), I really think that I could have achieve that.
Pardon me if you think that I'm thinking too highly of myself because the fact is that most students can attain a Grade 4 in like half-a-year's time while I might take a year plus though, which still means I could have gotten it!
Miss Khor is really a great teacher!
I swear she had really helped me to improve my voice tremendously, compared to last time, because the techniques really did helped me.
I feel like I'm really writing aimlessly with quite a handful of insignificant things.
I don't know what to write, like really.
No interesting topic for me to comment or debate about.
I think I'm a bromide.
I dread the reopening of schools.
This implies that it is the time to pull up my socks, not literally and really start to cram knowledge into my lilliputian brains.
Enjoy the remaining of the holidays! (:

Blogger, you are such an infuriating, irksome pest!
I shall conclude the past few hours of today with just three words.
I hate Blogger!
I revert my type of template to the original one, not the classic one where you can go to www.blogskins.com and choose a skin for your blog, then modify next.
In 2007, the template designs all looked horrendous to me which was why I chose to change to classic template.
None of the designs was at least appealing to me at that time!
Now, there is this function where you can customise your own template if you prefer this.
Oh yeah, actually I prefer this now.
I went to try out and the first few attempts were generally unsuccessful.
It sort of irritated me.
After attempting for a couple of hours, finally, the end result is what you all has seen now when you approach this page!
I have tried very hard to get a suitable combination but it was really hard.
To add on, I have actually already forgotten what's the techniques or ways to customise a html template.
Well, I have yet to change my blog posts' font to Arial and include my Nuffnang Ads because I couldn't find the way to do it!
Please guide me if you happened to know any solutions!
Much appreciated! (:
I feel that I'm back to a computer dilettante!
PS: Singpost, I know you have some delay on your side due to the massive volume of packages to be sent in December. However, please work just a bit faster because I want to read Low Kay Hwa's Novels asap before school reopens! :|

Rapunzel, Rapunzel! Let down your hair!

This post will be my review on the movie, Rapunzel - A Tangled Tale.
Pardon me if it's boring and actually, I don't find writing interesting too!
Well, this is all for the sake of improving my language through blogging though.
As many of you know, Rapunzel is a well-known fairytale that many of us has came across this story when we were young despite the fact that there were many different versions.
One common thing for sure that any version shares will be that Rapunzel has a beautiful and long hair which stretches through below her feet and beyond.
That's like of course?!
The movie, Rapunzel - A Tangled Tale, did not differ much from the original version in terms of its synopsis and names of characters although there were still some variations here and there.
It's an animated-comedy movie which is able to capture the heart of audience of all ages!
The whole movie was generally sweet, romantic and comical.
For me, I think it was really creative to present the storylines of some parts through singing and graceful dancing which I really adore!
I must say that Rapunzel's melodious voice which is actually the voice of Mandy Moore, is so ethereal and euphonious!
It has sort of touches my heart and inspires me greatly.
Pascal, a chameleon, Rapunzel's loyal companion in the movie, though this character does not exist in the original version, I thought it does contributes much to the humor!
I don't really know if Pascal is a 'he' or 'she' so I think I will just stick to an 'it' throughout the post.
Pascal is really very adorable and to add on, such an endearing character!
I don't mind having it as a pet despite the fact that it is a chameleon.
Pascal is the funniest when it is "bickering" with Flynn (His real name in the show is actually Eugene) or under some unavoidable circumstances that it had to camouflage!
Flynn Rider, Eugene actually, is not a prince though like what it is in the original version,
He is actually very kind in nature although he was a thief initially.
I think he is very mirthful, risible and humourous(or humorous - both usage is right and depends on the country)!
I would be so glad if he was my friend!
Maximus, the horse, is another ludicrous person(Opps! I meant animal)!
Actually, he holds resemblance to humans with regards to his facial expressions and his actions towards Flynn, especially since you always find them bickering and poking secretly at each other which is so hilarious!
If only I have this horse as my companion...!
Rapunzel, the protagonist of this movie, of course, has the most impact on us.
I suppose everyone loves her and her long, silky(probably?) hair!
However, I wonder how she is able to not get tired of combing her hair everyday, whether rain or shine!(I know it's just an animation but it's still a wonderment to me!)
When my hair gets long, though I'm the only one who feel that it is long, I will get super irritated and sometimes, I will just chop it off myself so I kind of admire Rapunzel for her perseverance and attitude towards handling her hair!
I sympathise her initially since she was not able to know who is her biological mother and reunite with her.
Imagine that you're unknowingly living with an evil woman who she claims that she is your dearest mother but is actually making use of you for benefits!
I don't have much thoughts of Rapunzel but generally, I still love her character!
I abhor and loathe Gothel to the core!
She disgusts me!
To add on, I think her aged look comparing to her so-called young look does not differ much!
Summing up, I don't like her, especially her character!
The only imperfection in the show to me is that actually I'm fine with Eugene snipping off Rapunzel's hair but, why is it so short?!
Overall, it was really a good show full of melodious singings and the fairytale's storyline was really brought out well!
I will give a rating of 4.5 out of 5! (:

Some Really Random Thoughts
I will do a proper post soon, probably review on Rapunzel?
I swear with all my heart that it's really a very comical and sweet show though it was kind of heart-wrenching at the start!
The next movie I most probably would be watching should be Gnomeo and Juliet!
I'm sort of attracted to the risible trailer and seriously gave out maniacal laughter when I was watching it!
I'm off to shower. (:
PS: I'm extremely very weak in my grammar. Anyone who is willing to help me out, pretty please?
